At www.zebrahomeaccessories.com we make every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you as quickly, safely and cost effectively as possible. We achieve this by offering all of our mainland UK customers the same premium service at the lowest possible cost due to the quantity of business we place with our chosen couriers. We endeavour to deliver all orders that are placed before 2pm on the next business day. Please note, however, that the delivery of your order may be restricted depending on the size, weight and chosen destination of the package. Other factors such as weather and mechanical difficulties can also result in later deliveries. If the delivery address is different to the billing address then we may have to run further checks to ensure your credit card security, this may result in longer delivery times.
Your order will be packed and dispatched, provided:
- The item you have chosen is in stock
- The delivery address has been verified
- Payment has been approved
We will send you an initial email confirming receipt of your order; then a further email confirming that your order is ready for dispatch along with your shipping reference number. Where an item is not in stock, we will advise you of the anticipated time for delivery (if such item will be available in future). Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses, however all packages will require a signature on receipt of delivery. It is customary for the dispatch companies we use to leave a notification card with their contact information if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, however this may not always be the case. www.zebrahomeaccessories.com cannot take responsibility if a notification card is not left in any instance.
Outline your delivery methods
We only deliver within the UK, If you require delivery to Ireland or Northern Ireland please email us.
We offer free delivery on all orders for standard delivery. For next day delivery there is a £3.50 charge.
All deliveries are recorded, therefore a signature is required on delivery. If know body is there to sign for delivery a note will be left for you to arrange collection from your nearest main post office.
All in-stock items will be with you within 2 to 3 working days, during busy periods delivery may take a little longer.
Express Next Day Delivery
Delivery is next working day provided the order is placed before 2pm for items that are in stock.
Out of stock items
Anything that is temporarily out of stock can be kept on backorder for you, and will be sent to you at no extra cost as soon as it is back in stock - you can email us on email@example.com if you have a specific enquiry.
If you are not delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed.
For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will, however, send our exchange back out to you by Recorded Delivery at no extra charge.
To return any products to us, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise that you would like to arrange a return or exchange. In the subject heading please state RETURN or EXCHANGE whichever is appropriate. If you are making an exchange, please give details of the item you wish to receive in exchange, i.e. item name, size, colour. Exchanges are made subject to stock availability. Within 48 hours you will receive confirmation of your request and a returns number. Please print this email and enclose it in the parcel along with a copy of your receipt. Please ensure the packaging you use to return the item to us is suitable for despatch (i.e. a jiffy bag if appropriate).
We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

You will receive your refund credit, cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 7 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible. Your refund will include the original delivery charge.
Please note that we are unable to refund an item without a receipt and that the refund will only be given to the original payer.
